Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to ship out. During launches, restocks, holidays, or busy seasons, things may take a little longer — but we promise we’re working as fast as we can.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information straight to your inbox so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

A Few Things to Note

• Double check your shipping address before placing your order — we’re unable to reroute packages once they’ve been sent out.

• Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery timing is unfortunately out of our control.

• If your order arrives damaged or gets lost along the way, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery confirmation and we’ll do our best to help.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase

• Original tags and packaging must be included when possible

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
